Reaching the AutoStudio portal…
The portal runs on a workstation at Mountain Stream. Checking that it is online.
The render workstation is not reachable from here.
The portal and its data live on a single machine at Mountain Stream. Nothing is stored in the cloud, so there is nothing to show until this browser can reach it.
Two usual causes: the workstation is off, or your network blocks the workstation address (office firewalls and content filters often block it as a VPN). Open the address directly: a browser error names the block, a sign-in page means the workstation is fine and only this page failed.
If the direct address works on your phone over mobile data but not at work, ask your IT to allow that address. If it fails everywhere, contact the AutoStudio admin at Mountain Stream to have the workstation switched on.
